Newbie here, although I've been in Dr Who fandom since the late 70s. I've been reading some of the posts about Rumours of missing episodes and I'm reminded of an episode of Aunties seminal "Yes Minister" or "Yes Prime Minister".
Someone, Hacker I think, asks "Is this rumour true" to which Bernard answers "Yes, it's true that it's rumoured" !
