If you find any good online forums or what have you that might reach people in New Zealand, below is the text a suggested posting you could put out there.

The BBC is searching for lost episodes of classic television shows, including Doctor Who. Currently 108 episodes of Doctor Who are missing from the BBC archives.
100 of the 108 missing episodes were sent to New Zealand in the 1960s and 1970s. Some may still exist in New Zealand as 16mm film prints.
In 1999, episode one of ‘The Crusade’ (titled ‘The Lion’) was indeed found in New Zealand and returned to the BBC.
